Before starting her practice, Cynthia worked for Krutcik & Georggin, a boutique employment law firm from 2002-2010. From 2010-2014, Cynthia litigated for two law firms, gaining extensive legal experience. In addition, Cynthia obtained her California Real Estate Salesperson's license in 2007 and received her California Broker's License in 2020.

When Cynthia is not mentoring entrepreneurs and defending business owners in court, she works out at CrossFit and spends quality time with her family.
